Mr. Dan Zhu is Vice Chairman of China Chain Store & Franchise Association (CCFA),  Chairman of Sino-American Investment& Consulting Co.Ltd,  Founder  and former Chairman & CEO of Nep-star Chain Drug store, Founder of Medicine Shoppe China.
     Mr. Zhu was a driving force of Nep-star’s rise to a well recognized brand in China retail pharmacy. He is a successful businessman in China chain store industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zhu worked on investment and trading areas as a project manager of CITIC (China International Trust & Investment Co.)
     Mr. Zhu has 10-year knowledge and experience, and has won high recognition for his international vision, aggressive and innovative working style and strongly acclaimed inputs to the China retail industry. He has established extensive business relationships in China shopping center, retail chain and franchise industry.
     Mr. Zhu holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiaotong University, a B.S. from Beijing Tsinghua University and a certificate of Marketing Strategy in the Information Age program of UCLA.
　

Peter Kwan

    Mr. Kwan is Co-founder and Director of Sino-American Star, Vice Chairman of Medicine Shoppe China. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from University of Washington, an MBA degree from California State University. Since his graduation in late 1970s, he has worked in various industrial research and development positions in the U.S.A. He has taught in National University of Singapore and with over 10 scientific publications. He first came to China in 1980 in various capacity - exchange scholar with Chinese Academy of Sciences, industrial sales and management. He joined Sino-American SmithKline Beecham in 1990 as marketing director and was involved in the brand building of Contac, Fenbid, and Tagamet. He later moved back to the US and has worked for various multinational companies on market entry strategy to China. He joined Bayer China in 1997 and was appointed to General Manager for its OTC business. After his position with Bayer, Mr. Kwan has invested and managed various start-up companies in drug retail and medical equipment industry in China. He has 20 years experience of facilitating communication and business cooperation between USA and China.
　

Yi Chen

　　Ms. Chen is Co-founder and Managing Director of Sino- American Star Investment & Consulting Co., , Director of Medicine Shoppe China Ltd., She had served as Managing Director of Digitech Information Systems Co., Ltd., introducing US based Information Systems and B2B E-Commerce technologic solution into China. She had also worked for a branch of the prestigious China Everbright Group as Vice General Manager of Marketing, leading to establish a national Marketing and Sales network. Ms. Chen holds an MBA from the Woodbury University in California, US and a B.S. in Business Management from Shanghai Jiaotong University. She has four years franchise operation experience and 17 years marketing background.
